SDO is working in Skill Development Program since Jan 2009. We have following components of Skill Development Program

i. Computer & IT Courses (for male & female)

ii. Electrician & Plumbering Courses (for male only)

iii. Tailoring & Dress making (for male & female)

iv. Hand embroidery training (for female only)

v. Food /Fruit Processing (for male & female)

vi. Woolen work course (for male & female)

vii. Basketry Training (for female only)

We have established an IT institute in Sharda in 2010. Through “Kashmir Institute of Computer Sciences & Technology Sharda, we are offering free courses of IT & Computer Sciences to deserving youth.
